تطبيق «شاشاتي» (Shashaty) مملوك ومشغَّل من محل شاشاتي لقطع غيار الهواتف — بغداد، العراق. خصوصيتك تهمنا، وهذه الصفحة توضح بدقة أي بيانات نجمعها ولماذا وكيف نحميها.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية أو إعلانية. البيانات تُستخدم حصراً لتشغيل الخدمة.
بياناتك محفوظة على خوادمنا الخاصة وتُنقل مشفّرة عبر HTTPS. الوصول إليها مقيّد بموظفينا المخوّلين فقط، ونحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية آمنة لضمان استمرارية الخدمة.
الدفع يتم نقداً عند الاستلام أو بالمحل — التطبيق لا يجمع ولا يخزّن أي بيانات بطاقات مصرفية.

Effective date: July 20, 2026. Shashaty is a phone spare-parts store in Baghdad, Iraq. This policy describes what data our app collects and how it is used.
Data we collect: account details (name, phone number, optional email, hashed password), order data (products, delivery addresses, order/return/payment history), optional user-uploaded photos (device photo with an order, or product photos for a return request), a device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for order-status notifications, and — for courier accounts only — live location during active deliveries to show tracking to the customer. The customer app does not collect location.
How we use it: solely to operate the service — fulfilling and delivering orders, showing your account statement, and providing support. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing or advertising.
Payments: cash on delivery / in store. The app does not collect or store any card details.
Storage & security: data is stored on our own servers, transferred over HTTPS, with access restricted to authorized staff.
Your rights & account deletion: you may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account and personal data at any time via our Support page. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days; invoice records are retained only as legally required.
